We are dedicated to providing innovative and reliable IT solutions to our valued customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for service cancellations and related matters.

  1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1 Service Cancellation: (a) You may request to cancel any ongoing or future services provided by Farah Happy by contacting our customer support team at info@cscbeyond.com. We encourage you to communicate your cancellation request in writing, providing relevant details about the service and the reason for the cancellation.

(b) Prepaid Services: For prepaid services or projects, the cancellation will be processed upon receipt of your cancellation request. Please note that no refunds will be provided for prepaid services, regardless of the cancellation date. We advise our customers to carefully assess their needs and objectives before making any prepaid commitments.

(c) Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription-based services can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

1.2 Termination for Cause: (a) Farah Happy reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect if there is a breach of our Terms and Conditions by the customer. Termination for cause may occur if: – The customer engages in illegal or unauthorized activities related to the services. – The customer violates any intellectual property rights or confidentiality obligations. – The customer fails to make timely payments for the services. – The customer engages in disruptive behavior that hinders the provision of services to other clients.

(b) In the event of a termination for cause, no refunds will be provided for any prepaid or unused services.

1.3 Project Abandonment: (a) In the case of a project being abandoned or terminated by the customer before completion, Farah Happy shall have the right to invoice for work completed up to the date of cancellation or termination.

(b) Any work-in-progress, deliverables, or intellectual property developed as part of the project shall remain the property of Farah Happy, and the customer shall have no right to use or access such materials.

1.4 Modification of Services: (a) Farah Happy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service offered at any time without prior notice. However, for ongoing services, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice to customers.

(b) In the event of a service modification or discontinuation, we will provide customers with options, including potential alternatives or refunds for any prepayments made.

1.5 Unforeseen Circumstances: (a) Farah Happy shall not be held liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, third-party service providers, or unforeseen technical issues.

(b) In such circumstances, Farah Happy will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and provide appropriate solutions.

  1. Customer Responsibility: (a) It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of our services, including this Refund and Cancellation Policy, before engaging with Farah Happy.

(b) Customers are encouraged to communicate any concerns or issues regarding our services promptly so that we may address them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  1. Refund Requests and Disputes: (a) In exceptional cases where Farah Happy may consider offering a refund, the decision will be at our sole discretion and will be based on the circumstances surrounding the request.

(b) In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter amicably.

  1. Communication: (a) All cancellation requests and related communications must be submitted in writing via email to info@cscbeyond.com.

(b) Farah Happy will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request and provide further instructions or clarifications if necessary.

  1. Modification of Refund and Cancellation Policy: Farah Happy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after the changes indicate your acceptance of the revised policy.
  2. Severability: If any provision of this Refund and Cancellation Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United States.
